KILLER ROBOT

1.Responsible for the death of BART MATTHEWS:

• RANDY SAMUELS

              -Wrote the particular piece of computer program responsible for the robot malfunction. He wrote a flawed software that caused a Silicon Techtronics Robbie CX30 industrial robot to crush and fatally injure its operator. Samuels misinterpreted a mathematical formula, "turning harmless Robbie into a savage killer."

• RAY JOHNSON      

             -The division chief who tremendous pressure the robot project staff to finish the robot software.

• SAM REYNOLDS

             -The project manager although background was in data processing, he was put in charge of the Robbie CX30 project, much to Ray Johnson's chagrin. He was committed to the waterfall model of software development. 

• JAN ANDERSON

              -Former programmer and analyst at Silicon Techtronics. She opposed the use of the waterfall model on the robot project.

• CINDY YARDLEY

           - Silicon Techtronics employee and software tester. Who faking software tests in order to save the jobs of her co-workers. 

2 LIST OF ACTIONS 

1.  Double check the formula of the interface so that it can't cause the malfunction of the robot.
2.  fix the error as soon as possible
3.  I will make my work slowly but surely
4.  Have patient and focus to do the project
5.  Hire an  enough no. of employees that have enough knowledge of the project
6.  Give the best you can give to the project.

3.IF I WERE IN MRS.YARDLEY POSITION:

     -I would not accept here suggestion, I would tell him I rather be fired than to follow him for we don't know what gonna happened if I will fake the results.
